Ever found yourself looking in the mirror, thinking, "Who is that? Is that the leader I wanted to become?" If not, you might be brushing something critical under the rug.

Values Matter: It's easy to preach integrity, but when was the last time you sat down and aligned your actions with your true values?
Consistency is Sexy: Flip-flopping might be suitable for politicians, but in the real and business world, it's a one-way ticket to Irrelevant Island. Stay true!
Walk the Talk: If your inner self and outer actions aren't in sync, you're selling yourself short. And everyone else will notice.
The Self-Leadership Crisis: We're drowning in a sea of "follow the leader." But where are these so-called leaders leading us if they aren’t in tune with their core values?
Reality Check: Ever secretly wanted an easy button to keep yourself in check? Spoiler: Your values ARE that button.
Think and Think: Are you being told “what to think” or taught “how to think?”?
The Value Check-in Solution: Set a monthly reminder. Spend 30 minutes reflecting on your values and actions. Course-correct as necessary.
